Adult Psychotherapy (18+ years of age)
A relationship-based therapy to help you improve and maintain mental health and well-being. You and your therapist work together to create positive change in your thinking, emotional experience, behaviour, and relationships.
Couples Psychotherapy
Couples therapy addresses the challenges within and between the individuals that affect the relationship. Individual sessions may be provided separately to each partner, particularly at the beginning of therapy; but the purpose is to bring both partners together to collaboratively explore and evolve communication and patterns within the relationship.
Family Psychotherapy
Family therapy supports you and your family as a whole by exploring relationships, behavioral patterns, family culture, and communication habits. You may need support to heal a specific rupture, relationship, or life transition, or seek to improve relationships generally for greater ease at home.
